Crisp Cones Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

Directions

For the dough: In a medium bowl, stir together the whole flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in 1/4 cup of the flour at a time, until no streaks remain. When the dough has pulled together, turn it out to lint side down. On a lightly floured surface, put the cone out on a lightly floured board or a glass baking sheet and seal completely.

To make the filling: In a medium saucepan, combine raisins, granulated sugar, whole milk and the boiling water. Stir well and simmer until the sugar is completely dissolved, about 10 minutes. If the sauce seems too thick, add more boiling water. Heat filling until cooked; once done, serve.
