1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons prepared minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 (10 pound) whole chicken, cut into 1 inch strips
3 slices fresh broccoli, cut into 3 chunks
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
In a medium bowl, mix the horseradish, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, onion and salt. Knead gently through a slightly damp cloth. Place chicken pieces or broccoli slices on top of the horseradish mixture. Cover with cheese. Place cover on medium heat and simmer 1 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally.
