Cheese Puffs II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup yellow mustard

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup mayonnaise with sour cream

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup diced onion

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, yellow mustard, mayonnaise, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce. Shape the mixture into a puffs, which are about 1 inch in diameter.

Place sandwiches on a medium baking sheet. Brush the tops with egg white. Pop the tops off of sandwiches onto a table or serving platter. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors blend before baking.
