4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (1.5 ounce) envelope vanilla extract
1 (15 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 (16 ounce) containers unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chopped pecans
1 large marshmallow creme
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch pie pan.
Beat eggs, 1 1/2 cups sugar, oil and cream cheese until blended; mix thoroughly. Stir in cream cheese mixture. Beat in vanilla. Fold in finely chopped pecans.
Fill pie crust with remaining ingredients. Place in preheated oven and bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until filling is set. Cool on knife; remove from pan to wire rack. Let cool completely. Cut into 4 squares. Serve warm or cold.
