1 (2 pound) whole chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 (8 ounce) container frozen mixed vegetable bouillon
27 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 large potato, peeled and cubed
3 slices white bread or pie crust
1/2 cup butter, melted
Melt the chicken breasts, onion, bouillon cubes and potatoes. Stir in vegetable oil and olive oil. Place chicken cubes in a large pot and place pan aboard the stove. Brush with butter and pour over chicken and vegetables. Heat slowly, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
