1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1/4 cup butter
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white sugar
1 cup water
1 egg
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup confectioners' sugar for dusting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
To Make Crust: Melt butter in medium bowl, stirring until smooth. Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt, set aside.
To Make Filling: Stir chocolate, cocoa, white sugar, water and egg into butter mixture. Stir until well blended. Stir in vanilla extract and melted butter. Spoon into prepared crust.
To Serve: Fill and frost pie crust with chocolate jelly. Spread milk chocolate topping mixture and strawberry jam over pie. Spread remaining chocolate syrup over fruit.
