1 (8 ounce) package white chocolate chips
1 (2.3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place white chocolate chips in baking dish or other shallow dish.
In a large bowl, cream together dry and powdered sugar until smooth. Beat in butter, vanilla and milk. Beat in the egg mixture. Combine the powdered sugar mixture with 1/2 cup milk, then mix thoroughly. Spoon mixture into pie crust.
Place unbaked pie in pie dish. Pour chocolate mixture and unmold butter mixture over unbaked pie. Pour chocolate mixture over all.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 minutes or until pie is golden and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
