I tried this out for a Christmas party... short of lemon juice, which I always use, I extracted the juice from three lemons and used for the whipped cream. Thinly sliced, but wouldn't settle. Sharp mustard, perhaps because I used a yellow press. Too bland; needed more citric acid. Couldn't quite get there; will have to tweak the recipe.
