1 (16 ounce) package green beans, rinsed, drained, and chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 tomatoes - diced
3 carrots, diced
In a vegetable or mix-in container, combine green beans, onion, tomatoes, carrots and meat. Fry in small amounts of oil until sauce turns brown and has a smooth, colorful consistency, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Meanwhile, boil a small butter or margarine in a saucepan for 3 minutes. Microwave at rest for 1 minute. Stir in cream cheese, pesto, Parmesan and milk. Then pour over flavor-dusted mixture and cook, stirring occasionally until cheese is white and the sauce is bubbly, until there are 2 tablespoons thickened (not to go near a large skillet or large saucepan). Remove from heat.
Simmer mixture until warm, about 20 minutes. Spoon over veggie and heat through. Serve with a hot sauce like Worcestershire sauce.
