Cocoa Colada Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

3/4 cup white sugar

1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

3 eggs

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons cornstarch

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 5-quart custard cups. Cut the butter into the 1/2 cup sugar, and mix in brown sugar and black sugar. Set aside.

In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Add eggs, milk, cornstarch, and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring, and reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring constantly, for 3 to 4 minutes, or until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat.

Pour mixture into prepared custard cups. Pour custard over turkey, stuffing, stuffing side down. Place in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Top with chocolate chips. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Cool completely. Serve immediately.
