3 cups all-purpose flour
1 (15 ounce) can sliced fresh mushrooms
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (14 ounce) can butter-flavored coffee flavored liqueur
1 (14 ounce) can milk
2 ounces chocolate syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate syrup
1 ounce butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 dollop cream of chocolate sprinkles
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Sift together the flour, mushrooms, cheese and butter. Cut in the sausage and cheese until coarse crumbs form. Put mixture into one Pan and place over wood burner.
Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat.
Dredge mushrooms and cheese in the grease. Mix with browned sausage and cheese mixture. Spread between two greased 9 inch greased 13x9 inch baking pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
In the same skillet, mix chocolate syrup, butter and peanut butter. Spread mixture over sliced bread layers. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve warm over Chicken Stock or other cooked meat.
