1/4 cup butter
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 (10 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and wine until tender. Stir in celery, red bell pepper and sugar; reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in salt, pepper, tomatoes and Cheddar.
great start, a bit bland, but i really liked the font and way they were written. it was a little time intensive but well worth it.
