4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 small tomato, diced
1 orange, diced
1 pound fresh mushrooms and spinach
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
12 slices white bread, torn into small pieces
In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, tomato, orange, mushrooms, cheese and bread. Roll or brush in the egg white or other egg white to thicken.
