2 1/2 cups butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 (3 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups brewed coffee
4 coffee creamer round pans
In a medium saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, pudding mix, chocolate chips and coffee creamer. Bring to a boil. Boil until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Stir in coffee creamer and mix. Cool slightly.
Cut and use brown sugar cups in dessert shapes. Freeze in plastic bag.
