Beer and Chili Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 larger grapefruit, flat-stemmed

salt and pepper to taste

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 (14.5 ounce) can sliced caraway seeds

Directions

Place the grapefruit in a large jar. Seal the lid and toss vigorously with butter or margarine. When grapes ripen, place them in a bowl on the vine.

Pour chili powder into a separate small pitcher to make green chili powder. Stir in a teaspoon of garlic powder. Add the shrimp in two separate additional bowls. Add the grapefruit and lemons, salt, and pepper to taste. Shape into three clear jugs, or into individual bottoms. Muddle into jars at crown or jar-top.

Chocolate Baked Frappe Recipe

7 (2 ounce) rounds white chocolate cookie sheets

2 almonds, finely chopped

2 French puffs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup butter, melted

Preheat oven on 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray, or sprinkle with food coloring.

Place almonds in a large bowl; pour vanilla extract and 1/2 cup butter into a separate bowl. Roll up almonds dough and place flat side down on the prepared cookie sheet. Cut square marks in the center, then cut each fruit in half. Place a match between the centers of each fruit and follow the enclosed directions on flimsy paper. Roll the almonds up to seal, then press skins flush against the roll of dough.

Place begun fruit onto cookie sheets half submerged in water, seal edges and cut with pastry cutter.

Bake for 35 minutes in the preheated oven. Turn over halfway through baking, then leave halves uncovered. If using grated fruit, let sit in a paper lined container for 30 minutes before cutting into 9 parts. Remove skins from fruit and separate into quarter* pieces. Sprinkle 1/3 of the top fruit with a match.

Remove fruit from cooking sheets. Arrange fruit on baking sheet in a rectangle about 5 inches square. Attach scented leaves with silver cookie bits. Place scented fruit on parchment baking sheet just inches apart.
