3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup white sugar

2 1/4 cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons sifted lemon flavor extract
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup cooked cognac
In a large bowl, combine lemon juice, sugar, eggs, milk, two teaspoons lemon extract, cream, lemon acid, and vinegar. Mix well and beat until blended. Pour mixture into a glass baking dish. Chill overnight before serving.
