1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/6 cup butter
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 pound smoked salmon steaks
1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together flour, 1/6 cup butter, salt and brown sugar. Spread mixture onto a baking dish.
Bake salmon steaks in preheated oven for 5 to 7 minutes each side, or until they are golden brown. Stir in mushrooms until tender.
