1/3 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 (3 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium mixing bowl, cream together 1/3 cup butter and eggs. Stir in milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
Stir egg mixture into creamed mixture. Gradually mix cream cheese and chocolate into creamed mixture. Stir until well blended. Serve over egg eggs.
