1/2 onion, chopped
1 egg
3 tomato slices
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/3 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
Place onions, eggs, tomato slices, flour, water, salt, olive oil and cheese in large pot or bowl. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve hot.
