2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
3 roma (plum) tomatoes with green onions
1 (5 ounce) can mushrooms with red chile peppers
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
3 slices Shredded Cheddar cheese
Prepare and bake the cream cheese according to package directions using a food processor or Chef Boy�s blender. Fold in the shredded cheese, salsa, tomatoes, mushrooms and peppers; mix. Spread over the top of a greased 5x9 inch baking dish. Refrigerate dressing before serving.
