1 (8 ounce) package boiled Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
1 (10.5 ounce) can linguini
1 (10.5 ounce) can mushrooms
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium sauce pan bring water to a boil in a large pot; stir in cheese. Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in cream cheese and cook 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in the canned linguini and mushroom mixture. Pour into prepared baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs to taste. Cover and bake 15 minutes, until firm.
