1 (4 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 cup orange juice concentrate
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 cup lime juice
Place chicken pieces in a large saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 5 minutes. Remove chicken, remove from water, and place in a large resealable plastic bag.
In a small bowl, mix flour, orange juice, granulated sugar, orange zest, salt, marjoram, orange juice concentrate, brown sugar and lemon zest. Microwave chicken pieces in a 12x15 inch baking dish until golden brown. Place chicken pieces in another baking dish.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink on top and juices run clear. Remove from oven and let cool.
