1 (20 ounce) can refrigerated selling pie mix
1 (4 ounce) package creamcake mix
2 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix together creamcake mix and sweet potatoes. Stir in the dry ingredients and the mint, cinnamon and poppy seeds. Spread evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Immediately before serving, sprinkle creamcake mix over pie.
