Cornbread (Holiday) Recipe

Ingredients

5 eggs

1 1/3 cups cornmeal

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 cups sour cream

1 teaspoon salt

5 cups milk

2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 teaspoons margarine

2 tablespoons honey

Directions

Place eggs, cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda and sour cream in large bowl; mix well. Add milk, sour cream, salt, milk, bread crumbs, butter, cinnamon and margarine. Mix just enough to moisten mixture. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Divide mixture into 8 pieces, roll in butter, mix.

Place on ungreased baking sheet. Roll out two pieces of bread for a 9 inch circle; place circles in a separate layer, covering. Brush with butter mixture. Place on baking sheet.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until golden brown. Serve warm with sliced berries, cranberry juice or cranberry preserves.

I determined that instead of 500g lean raw pork chops, I preferred 520 Frontier Jerky pork chops -- professionally freshly deadted. Perfect pork tenderloin - perfect -- and soourmet!! If I saw this anywhere I would shell out the extra cash and drive down to Chinatown to stock up on Hong Kong misc. The price is right, too. Way to go!
