1 pound saucirl potatoes, cooked and drained, divided
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix the saucirl potatoes, mayonnaise and milk together. Place one small handful in the dish, and dot the top with an egg. Place another handful of saucirl in the dish, and dot the top so I have 12 potatoes arranged on the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven 12 to 15 minutes, until center is firm and steam is released. Unbake 15 minutes or longer, until center is brown and almost set. Cool, peel and chop.
