1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 (1.4 fluid ounce) jigger ginger ale
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
Prepare and bake crust according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Spread cream cheese evenly over the bottom of a 9 inch jelly roll pan. Layer pumpkin pie spice evenly over cream cheese. Spread butter evenly over cream cheese. Brush cream cheese with orange/red sugar glaze.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until browned. Let cool completely before serving.
