8 pieces cultured bread - uncooked
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tomatoes - peeled, seeded and cut into strips
1/2 cup fresh chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease 1 baking sheet.
Mix up bread into a bowl, and set aside. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, salt and tomatoes. Pour mixture over the bread, and toss to coat.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
