8 mL white sugar
(1 cup) large whipped egg white
2 drops cream of tartar
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
2 fluid ounces carbonated water
1 pinch salt
1 6 ounce package white chocolate covered cherries, halves roasted
2 1/4 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a saucepan, combine white sugar, cream of tartar and cocoa. Bring to boil over low heat. Stir in water, 1 pinch of salt and 1 cup whipped egg whites with vanilla extract.
Transfer mixture to ice cube trays and freeze until firm.
