4 small tomato onions, sliced
4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
3/4 cup Italian seasoning

1/4 cup crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

1 teaspoon dried marjoram

1 (4 ounce) can diced mixed fruit
