1 1/2 pounds carrots, mix well
2 small onions, finely chopped
2 heads cauliflower, white part only
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly salt the casserole dish.
Place the carrots, onions, cauliflower and cheese in a large bowl.
Mayonnaise is tossed with chopped carrots.
Place the sack of chili dish bake on top of the casserole in the oven.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
