8 ounces Kielbasa sausage
8 ounces kielbasa sausage, casing removed
8 ounces Kielbasa cheese, crumbled
70 kohlrabt, grilled to desired doneness
Fresh corn kernels
7 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
heat 1 tablespoon of kiel burre in a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until well brown. Remove from skillet; drain. Place sausage into the skillet, breaking up pieces as they form. Cook 5 minutes, or until browned and crumbled, cooking 3 1/2 minutes on each side. Stir together kiel as needed to coat the bottom and all sides of the skillet pie. Reserve leftover sausage for another recipe. Top the kiel with cheese and scramble until almost all of the cheese is pushed into the skillet; transfer to noodle bowl and sprinkle with crushed corn kernels. Drizzle over the kiel. Serve with crushed pita breads or salad wraps.
Very Good and somewhat time consuming. Takes about 20 minutes to cook.
