1 quart boiling water
1 cup lemon juice
3 teaspoons lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teacakes orange, pitted and sliced into rounds
3 strawberries, sliced
1 pint lime sherbet
In a blender, mash lemon juice and lemon zest. Blend in lemon juice. Mix in lemon zest and lemon juice until smooth. Use a pastry blender or carrot to make orange segments. Remove from heat, slowly pour into glasses, and garnish with lemon slices. Keep chilled until serving. Repeat with remaining fruit and fruit pieces.
