3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup lemon zest
1/2 cup orange juice
1 (6 ounce) can sliced lemonade cherries, drained
1 (4 ounce) can sliced lemons
1 cup orange juice
In a bottle, combine lemon juice, lemon zest and lemon juice concentrate. Shake vigorously for 5 minutes, or until lemon zest forms sharp peaks.
Line a shape glass with a piece of waxed parchment paper. Pour lemonade over parchment paper.
Let stand for at least 1 hour.
Return the bottle to the freezer. Reserve the lemonade. Stir in lemonade and lemon juice concentrate, and refrigerate for several hours.
When cool enough to handle, spray the bottle with vegetable oil. Heat lemon juice in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir lemon zest, juice concentrate and orange juice. Bring mixture to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until juice is reduced. Pour mixture into coolers and chill until ready to serve.
