2 large onions, chopped
2 medium carrots, chopped
1 cup beef broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 slices bread
Heat an electric skillet over medium heat. Saute onions and carrots for about 20 minutes. Stir in the beef broth. Pour over chicken for 10 minutes. Remove skillet from heat. Stir in salt, pepper and bread. Serve immediately.
