1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 cups Italian-style seasoning
2 (10 ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes, with juice
2 (8 ounce) cans beef broth
1 (14 ounce) can canned tomato juice, with juice
10 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, Italian-style seasoning, tomatoes, beef broth, tomato juice, flour and salt. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Pour soup into a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour over meat and vegetables. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining flour. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
