2 (15 ounce) packages refrigerated dehumidified nonfat instant vanilla pudding mix
1 3/4 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups water
1 onion, chopped
2 clemons, chopped
2 3/4 teaspoons orange zest
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon orange extract
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) square pans.
In a large bowl, mix pudding mix, brown sugar and water. Add water; beat well. Stir in onion, lemon peel and orange zest. Transfer mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, to 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes.
In a small mixing bowl combine orange extract, lemon juice and orange juice; stir until smooth. Pour over pudding mixture.
