1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
In a large bowl, stir together pineapple, mayonnaise, salt, lemon juice and sugar. Cover and refrigerate over night.
To serve:
Place pineapple with juice and sugar in a large, heavy bowl. Mix together and refrigerate at least 1 hour until juice/meal consistency has shifted. Serve over rice and vegetable grill.
