10 sausages, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 1/2 cups minced onion
3 1/2 cups Italian-style diced celery
2 teaspoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/8 cup beef broth
salt and pepper to taste
Season chops with onion, celery and butter.
Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Saute steaks till no longer pink, until light brown. Transfer to a separate large bowl, mix in mayonnaise and broth. Stir all ingredients though you don't want everything to brown. Transfer into roughly 1/2 pound thick loafes.
