1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, minced
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup crushed tomatoes
1 1/2 cups tomato juice
1 cup red wine
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
2 pounds pork loin roast
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, onion, green bell pepper, tomatoes and tomato juice. Mix together wine, salt, chili powder, black pepper and pork. Place pork in blender or food processor and pulse to medium. Place pork in blender or food processor, and pulse to medium. Pour sauce mixture over pork, and cook 4 minutes. Add sauce mixture and tomatoes on top of all. Cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour before roasting.
