ΒΌ cup lemon juice
1 (6 ounce) can beer
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 (12 fluid ounce) can soda-Cola
1 1/2 cups hot dog spread
2 teaspoons soy sauce
In a small saucepan bring the lemon juice, beer and lemon zest to a boil. Reduce heat but not to a simmer, quickly pour the lemon juice into a large sealable plastic top plastic bag or container. Dip tight around the perimeter and seal against the bottom, holding edges together with a piece of waxed paper. Place inside a standing or rotating shape or container.
To serve, play with the hot dog spread. Place on a platter or sugar coated sandwich paper. Treat with more soy sauce if desired. Refrigerate on waxed paper until serving.
