1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (3 ounce) package chocolate flavored Jell-O mix
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 (8 ounce) cans marshmallow creme
1/2 cup high protein yogurt
Strain yogurt from the pineapple and marshmallow creme into a small bowl. Mix well, and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, combine yogurt, yogurt blend, crushed pineapple, jelly, and gelatin. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture becomes lumpy but not boiling. Mix sugar and lemon juice into yogurt mixture, stirring constantly.
Repeat with remaining ingredients. Fill jars with yogurt mixture. Refrigerate jars before serving.
