1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
3 avocados, peeled and pitted
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon ranch dressing
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In a small bowl, mix sour cream and avocados. Remove from skillet and refrigerate.
In a large bowl, mix refried beans, tomato paste, ranch dressing and cheese.
Drain the liquid from the refried beans. Mix in the sour cream mixture and toss gently in a large bowl.
