1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 fluid ounce vodka
4 fluid ounces cherry flavored liqueur
1 cup milk
1 cup pineapple juice
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch baking pans.
In a large saucepan, combine cake mix, vodka, cherry liqueur and milk. Bring to a boil and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in pineapple juice. Pour into baked pans and chill in refrigerator.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool and frost.
