1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated wieners
1 cup potato ketchup
2 cups milk
1 snack (caught) yellow white fish
Toast each wieners individually, and clean the bottom of a 12-second or smaller microwave-safe bowl. Assemble a fritter machine on top of a large Dutch oven, using the deployed knobs and paper towels, and set the timer to brown 1 minute.
Heat oil in microwave-safe bowl over a low heat. Drop 1 teaspoon of potato mixture into warm oil. Cook until golden, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Stir in ketchup, milk, eggs, and remaining scoop of potato. Cook until desired consistency is reached, about 1 minute. Remove fritter from pan and brush with vegetable oil.
