4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
4 ounces dry white wine
1/2 cup beef broth
16 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
In a medium bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, oregano, basil, wine and beef broth. Mix thoroughly. Shape the mixture into a ball; roll in cheese. Roll in Monterey Jack cheese. Dip the beef into the sauce and cheese; roll in cheese. Serve beef with taco, pickles or any other taco dip.
