Cranberry Sauce II Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup frozen cranberries

1/2 cup white sugar

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine apple juice, cranberries, sugar, flour and alcohol. Stir until smooth and pour into slow cooker.

Cook on Low until liquid evaporates; turn and cook on High. Cook 7 to 11 minutes or until bottle has 300-375 degree F (175-190 degrees C) and mixture has thickened to sauce consistency.

I finally got around to making this recipe yesterday; so darn good, rich, but so easy. Even my husband who dislikes sweets liked it! Not too sweet, not too cloyingly sweet, not too dry. Just right...and so perfect for autumn.
