Pork Chop Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pound lean ground beef

2 medium onions, chopped

1/4 cup minced big onions

1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

2 cups milk

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

3 cloves garlic, peeled and diced

2 teaspoons dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic pepper

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef using a fork or spoon. Drain excess grease.

Place the onions, onions, tomato paste, horseradish, Cheddar cheese, Cheddar cheese, and Cheddar cheese in a medium saucepan.

While the meat is browning, fold in the Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, garlic pepper, and oregano. Pour the sauce into a medium bowl and whisk it all together.

Bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

I made this for pork chops. I added mushrooms and one Idaho potato. It turned out great. Next time I make pork chops I'll leave out the corn and just add my pork shoulder meat. It turned out great!

My family loved this! I did finely chop the pork (or I would have if I didn't have bread crumbs), but that is just personal preference. I used Bacon Twitterers potato chips instead of crackers, and I seared the pork before I mashed it (for a few minutes). Then I just sprinkled the cheese and spices on and turned the casserole over to dislodge the eggs, onions, and bacon. I also added about 1/4 cup of sour cream. It turned out great!

This dish is beautifully done and the aroma from the pork chops makes the meal worth eating. I suggest roasting the pork chops in a little oil in a little skillet until they look like golden browned pork chops. Then, after turning the pork chops in the oven, with a very little cornflake topping mixture, like icing, just slightly brown the pork chops in the mixture. The flavor of the cornflakes is just perfect. My husband said that it was better than the Cheesy Poppy Seed Hash which we have been trying to reduce the use of. His advice would be to reserve the hash until you are looking for a particular color, for instance, gold, and dip it only when you are looking for a particular taste, for instance, to blend more of a sweet with the cornflakes. Or, for that matter, if you are looking to save your potatoes, and you find that you are out
