2 quarts milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1 cup butter
1/3 cup margarine
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (2 ounce) can evaporated milk
In a small bowl, mix the chocolate chips, syrup, 1 cup margarine, brown sugar, and vanilla.
Lightly press melted chocolate mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch square pan. Spread half of the chocolate over the top of the joint, forming a cake. Place remaining chocolate over the sides of the joint. Garnish with remaining butter.
Refrigerate the rest of the frosting when serving. Drizzle over cake at room temperature. Cover with powdered frosting and refrigerate entire frosting.
