2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) package instant pizza sauce mix
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
2 cups Parmesan cheese
2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
To Make Cream Cheese: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in margarine, 1/2 cup at a time, until well blended. Cover and refrigerate dough.
To Make Pizza Sauce: In a medium saucepan, heat cream cheese until mixture thickens. Stir in sour cream, horseradish, Parmesan cheese, cheese and pepperoni until pizza sauce is thickening.
Remove from heat and stir pizza sauce into cream cheese until well combined. Serve warm. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
