I made this for my family and they loved it. To be honest, I thought the coconut powder was a little strong so I left it at 4 sp. UPDATED: Made this again with a fresh pinapple crop. Made about as much coconut as directions state and used VEGETABLE OAT CEREAL powder instead of white sugar.
